Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be in original condition (unworn/unused).
• Item must be in original packaging.
• You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
• Attach clear photos of the product and an opening video of the parcel.

• Please do not send items without approval – they will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If it’s damaged or the wrong item, email us within 24 hours with:

• Pictures of the product
• Opening video of the parcel

We’ll review it and fix the issue for you.

Refunds

If you’re eligible for a refund:

• Mention clearly in your email whether you want a refund or exchange.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if your refund is approved.
• If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method.
• Refund processing may take a few days, depending on your bank/card company.

Refund Process Time

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 4 to 7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.

• If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received.
• If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, especially for expensive items.
