Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If it’s damaged or the wrong item, email us within 24 hours with:

Opening video of the parcel
We’ll review it and fix the issue for you.
Refunds
If you’re eligible for a refund:
Mention clearly in your email whether you want a refund or exchange.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if your refund is approved.
If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method.
Refund processing may take a few days, depending on your bank/card company.
Refund Process Time
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 4 to 7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. To request an exchange for the same item, email us and send the product to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received.
If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, especially for expensive items.
